What we collect

The appointment request form collects only your name, an email address or telephone number, and — if you choose to give one — a preferred appointment date. It does not ask for medical information, and we ask you not to send any.

How it is used

Your details are used only to contact you about your appointment request. They are not used for marketing and are not sold or shared for advertising.

Where it is stored

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify’s form service and sent to the clinic’s authorised inbox. Netlify may store data outside Kenya. Requests are reviewed only by people authorised by the practice and are deleted once they are no longer needed to arrange your appointment.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, session recording or analytics that identify you.

Your rights

Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, you may ask to see, correct or delete the details you have shared. To do so, please call or message +254 757 793 778.

Medical information

Medical histories, records and photographs are handled through the clinic’s clinical processes at or after your consultation, not through this website, WhatsApp or Instagram.
